When the tension is released the pressure is off you can relax and see what your taughts ideas memories are dointo you you will be shocked to find out what way they make you feel, this tou already know deep down.pay attention to your mind and control and inner peace awaits you ,do what you always do and you get what you always got ,change comes from change .the same comes from the same .thanks for listening Pat Hayden.
