About Anna

Welcome to my blog. I’m Anna Goldstein, an NYU Certified Life Coach.

I earned my bachelors degree in Psychology at Penn State University where I also played on the Division 1 Varsity Tennis Team. As a tennis player, I always knew how important the “mental game” was. After graduating college, I taught tennis in New York City to beginners, celebrities, and intermediate/advanced players. When I was teaching tennis, I noticed how individuals thinking got in the way of their physical ability to hit a great shot. I began reading books about the power of the mind and it sparked my interest into a career as a Life Coach.

I enjoy empowering people who are determined and willing to overcome obstacles, eliminate unhealthy habits and change negative thought patterns in order to achieve success. The coach and client relationship is focused on designing a unique action plan – specifically for you – to enable you to get results.

Life coaching is done in person (NYC only) and over the phone.
