Speedball Fitness Hip Box

At the end of the work week, you might be ready to throw some punches.

However, you know if you do there might be negative consequences.

If you want to release pent up stress, there’s no better way to fight it off than in a cardio boxing fitness class.

Master Trainer, Founder & Creator of Speedball Fitness, Steve Feinberg, co-developed Hip Box with boxing expert/fitness enthusiast Boyd Melson.

Hip Box is a boxing aerobics class set to a hip hop soundtrack that integrates the fundamental techniques and skills of boxing.

You’ll learn innovative variations of the sparring jabs, power punches, defense moves, and footwork patterns that will help you maximize flexibility, core strength, increase your mental focus and burn off up to 200- 500 calories.

Join Steve and Boyd on Friday, August 7th, in a Free Hip Box class at 5pm and with Pheonix on Saturday, August 8th at 12pm in Times Square New York at Radio Shack’s Netogether event (or watch it streamed live at http://www.radioshack.com/theshack).

Beginner and advanced boxers are welcome to attend.

After Hip Box class, you’ll hit the weekend feeling strong and confident.
