6 Leaves of Kale

4 Stalks of Celery

4 Green Apples

1 Cucumber

1/2 Lime

1/2 Inch of Ginger

  1. Hey, Anna, this green mix is nice! It’s a compelling argument: The very veggies we eat, the air we breathe, even our drinking water is full of toxins. So ridding the body of toxins is surely a good thing, right? Not everyone agrees. But, as you said above: “Getting proper nourishment is essential to having a healthy mind, body and spirit.”
